kravietz 🦇 (nprofile…3w02) I think we should look at these remarks in context of Russia's current financial situation. If I could use only one word to describe that, I would use "desperate". Money is running out. Russia can be saved only by:
- foreign investment capital
- lifting of sanctions
- Europe returning to buying Russian fossil fuels.
We are touching the first one here. If there is any opportunity of an investment, Putin will try to seize it.
