I asked
jb55 (npub1xts…kk5s) about this and he said the bandwidth costs to properly bootstrap new users was too high. It’s a problem.
Its costing me $500 a month to maintain a server on damus’ bootstrap relay list, any relay I add to it ends up going away, probably because they cant handle the costs and traffic
