So even _if_ it's an issue with the bend radius of the Bowden tube, that still points to bad design.
I _can_ confirm from another small printer I had (DICE), that a tight bend radius on a bowden extruder can cause extrusion issues due to pinching: I had to switch back from Capricorn tubing to normal PTFE with a wider ID in that case.
