Countdown is starting... only three more days.
Morning weight is 78,1 kg.
Definitely craving food sometimes... yesterday already bought several delicacies for when I can eat on Whitepaper Day.

Weighing 78,7 kg now. Sleep was short. Other than that energy levels are stable and fine.
My body has definitely significantly changed. Still doing strength and stretch work every single day to limit the amount of muscle loss.
