Morning of day 11/15

My today's morning weight is 79,6 kg. I started the fast with 89,5 kg, so lost about ten kilos.

Feel pretty good. Energy levels are fine.

Two thirds of my fasting time is over. Still sometimes have some dizziness when getting up from a chair for 5-10.

Other than that I am already planning what to eat on Whitepaper Day, which is when my water-only fast finishes. :)
