This is the last photo I took.
It was maybe an hour before I wrapped it and pulled it out.
Had stuff on my mind with the meetup & the impromptu brisket. I wished I'd recorded the first few cuts of the point - it was just magic.
The flat was dry. I really need to get that temperature down.
It was really good to have some meat after the presentations.
