3.5 hrs in. Temp in the Kamado is a little higher than I'd like (150degC) & there's less colour & smoke than I'd prefer.
I've done nothing since the last pic other than restrict the air flow a little more. Just going to let it ride.
I'd love to be doing this in an offset smoker but I can't justify the cost with bitcoin this cheap.
