Heck, if you make a search engine lots of people will check it out. Everyone is looking for someplace else to go. The internet has been "enclosed" like the commons. But, the internet is more fluid and I wonder if those who think they have us all tied up and stuck with them have forgotten we can type *any* url we want. And just...go.
