Some OEM dialer apps, like the stock dialer in ASUS' ZenUI, let you record phone calls.
Android used to allow third-party apps to record phone calls, but this functionality was killed off a few years ago.
Now only stock, preinstalled dialer apps can record phone calls, which makes Google's decision frustrating.
