In many ways, the state of Openshift now reminds me of Windows Vista. A lot of the problems it tried to solve introduced new problems. Running stuff on it feels jarring like continually navigating and tweaking UAC. It's also heavier in resources than other alternatives in the space. The things it does well are often overshadowed by the execution and experience presented to the user.
