You can rotate in a new key without actually changing any of your UTXOs. Saves you on fees, especially if you have a lot of carefully managed UTXOS. But it doesnt stop there! The REALLY wild thing you can do is add or remove signers, and change the size of your multisig without an onchain transaction. So imagine you have a 2/3, and bitcoin rips 20x and you decide you want a 3/5. Imagine being able to just *add* two signers.
Thats proactive secret sharing. And we can do it now that we have schnorr
