It's wild how well water can vary. I don't know how deep the well is at my parent's house - might be 200-300 feet - but just a mile east and they have high iron. The water smells like rotten eggs. We got really lucky. I always bring extra water bottles to refill back home because the water is just so good. Meanwhile they pay for bottled water jugs for their cooler and I just don't understand.
