The strangest aspect about working out six days a week is the increased appetite.
I eat more than when I was unhealthily obese.
I won't lie, eating more food and *not* gaining more weight is the biggest psychological head trip I've ever had. I've had it drilled into my head that the only way to get more healthy is to eat less food.
Now it seems like the only way to maintain this consistent workout regiment is with more food.
Yes, I know there's a scientific reason behind all this but I'm too lazy right now to explain it.
