After 4 days (400 push ups) I decided to give up the challenge. I have had tension and neck problems in the past, I want to avoid falling back again....
I have no problem posting failure because it is only from these that we grow. My goal is to be strong and healthy, physically and mentally. Recognizing a situation and intervening in time for me is a sign of strength.
I will modify this workout (e.g., choosing one between explosive and clapping being practically the same thing) and incorporate it 1/2 times a week.
Alternating the training of different parts of the body to allow for rest is key; rest must be considered part of the workout.
Strength through discipline!

- lateral 10x
- clapping 10x
- archer 10x
- supinated 10x
- prowler 10x
- shoulder taps 10x
Total: 100 push ups
I really enjoyed it and decided to make it a challenge, mentally and physically. I will do this workout for 30 days in a row!
From time to time I will write here, as if it were a personal diary, the feelings and thoughts, and on the last day I will post before/after photos to see the physical changes and talk about the mental changes.
