The original gravity is 10.5ish °P. I had hoped to reach 11 but that's all right, a 4.4% abv. Schwarzbier is perfectly acceptable.
And hey: I got the color right 🥳 It should be a very dark brown, not pitch black like a Stout. Nailed that.
