I've made similar AI before. It does not do that. It weighs every pixel and does it mathematically and weighted, and adds nothing by itself to what it produces. Ethics in science exist, and this breaks all of them. All of these arguments personify what is essentially a weighted algorithm that can produce nothing without its training data and is worth nothing without its training data.
None of the art put online before 2023 was put online with the knowledge that it would be scraped to create machines that would steal your jobs, literally. I can guarantee that the majority of artists would not have shared their work online in the way that they did if they knew that that was what it would have been used for. "Will be sold by someone else as something they created" is far smaller of an impact on the job market than "will be almalgamated into a huge machine that will take a majority of the low stakes illustration jobs available to freelance artists".
(do let me know if you'd like to be untagged, nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqdzjycuqnhu2mgn3c8al7nfl6mjtxzhntg7nu3mvv25g9alvykwvqw2ymcy (nprofile…ymcy) )
