Len (nprofile…lvd6) Yeah, but they're not using it *as-is* and regurgitating it to people. They're using it to learn techniques, and patterns, and trends, and what people mean when they use certain terms.
I'm not a graphic artist, but certainly, as a writer, when I reading something, my writer brain is going, "Ooh, that's interesting how they did that!" or "What a cool turn of phrase!" or "I *must* find an excuse to use that simile!" or even, "Interesting how they constructed that plot."
I'm sure graphics artists have similar thought processes, when they see art online: "Wow, I love what they did with those eyes!" or "Interesting lighting choice," or "Cool brush strokes!"
Whether it's a human doing it or an AI, it amounts to the same thing. Only difference is that AI does it on a much larger scale.
To put it another way, you know that saying, "The best artists steal"?
AI's just doing what we've always done. :-)
