I can't conceive how any single person all throughout that process and that chain of command can even think of obeying such an order. There is no gray area, there is no devil's advocate, it's literally a fucking death cult that hates life and despairs of hopeful people even trying to surpass its hardships.
This sort of shit makes me genocidal. Every single doctor, cop, bureaucrat, judge or whoever directly involved in these cases should be hanged to death.
