That said, I am not sure that we can leave parental responsibility aside.
If I had a *nine year old child*, I can't see why I would give them a smartphone and let them use it unsupervised.
I can't see why I would help them install WhatsApp, or let them use WhatsApp, without it being a supervised activity.
