"content": "nostr:npub1g0tuf634rz4suczwj7kgnecr6cyt0eu9xmp3sp0fku68mqehq4msp3tvm4 Those in the last 6mths of life are already in purgatory and whilst working in nursing homes delivering palliative care the teams I worked with did all they could to allieviate both mental and physical suffering, thereby often bringing that life to a peaceful end. The balance between allieviation of suffering and accelerating death is fuzzy and it's only when you know your patient that key decisions about escalating treatment can be made at the right time.",
