Brudi Bräu on Nostr: I'm using Lallemand Diamond by the way. Getting the right yeast strain for a beer ...
I'm using Lallemand Diamond by the way. Getting the right yeast strain for a beer seems to be less of an issue for lagers than for ales. Lallemand sells two lager strains and one works like an ale strain so I picked the other. According to its data sheet it's essentially a one-size-fits-all solution for all lagers. Sounds like I can't go wrong with it.
