No idea why I am awake at 6 AM. 🥱 But I checked on my Schwarzbier and it had reached pitching temperature so I pitched the yeast. Very quickly because opening the ferminator for two minutes made the temperature probe already go up a degree. If I want to continue with an open fermentation, I have to learn how to scoop off kräusen very quickly...
