Fun fact: In theory, you could power a 6720W electrical appliance over a 40-wire ribbon cable like this, assuming a voltage of 240V and a current capacity of 700 mA per wire. You would of course have to use every single wire in the cable, and it might heat up a little, but it shouldn't melt!
