Cool experience but you listened to chefs shouting at each other. 😆 🤣 Should watch some movies from HK and then you'll hear what it actually sounds like. It's actually quite beautiful but very hard to learn as it has more tones. That's why Cantopop is famous, especially the old songs. Shanghainese has a very flat tone but the dry humor is next level.
