We managed to some how afford a teeny tiny house recently. I have no plans to buy another, ever, because this shit was stressful. The realtor kept saying ‘you can always rent this out and buy another when you need to upscale! It’s a great retirement prospect!’ And I have never stone-faced so quickly.
