People walking and cycling have consistently made up about 40% of all serious injuries over the last decade, vastly disproportionate to their numbers on the road.
It is beyond worrying that the RSA is failing to properly interpret its own data, and this is reflected in its approach to campaigning where free hi-viz clothing and lecturing primary school children passes for a road safety strategy.
