I'm considering getting a GMRS radio although I don't know what use I'd have for it. It's just a souped up version of what I can use for free, and the souped up aspect probably isn't very helpful, to be honest.
Although getting the license is $35 and that's it. I could get a GMRS radio too, and it would work with the walkies I have now...
