That’s your “home” feed, and contains anyone you follow (and any hashtags you follow as well). I could be there, Evo, Dave Winer, etc - but also follow Adam and Dave Jones, etc.

Then if you want to follow “everything on podcastindex” use the local tab; “everything from the people I’m following” is the home tab; and “everything that everyone else is following on podcastindex” is the federated tab.
