Is there a way to vide everything on this Mastodon server PLUS people I follow?
I don't really follow people here on Mastodon because I want to see everything being discussed on PodcastIndex.social. But a few people, such as npub1jtm4dxvu3ccgk60wvvt0uw9j9vz7nuc80f7agrv0vgkkushxk5zq0rrxtn (npub1jtm…rxtn), are on different servers, so I never get to see what they say.
Are these my only solutions?
A. Follow _everyone_ from this server and the few people from other servers.
B. Follow the few people on other servers and check both Home and Local feeds?
