We need to build empty homes so that the folks who turn 18-21 (or in some cases as low as 16) have somewhere to stay.
I think another larger issue is allowing HMO's.
Sorry folks who can't afford a house, maybe argue with your wife less, or work on social skills, to the point you are not homeless.
