I'd like to have LoRa on 2m band.
There are also DASH7 stack, like open-source loar. But not really much info on that.
There are "grabage" bands in every country. You can try use them and try to keep under the radars (literally, lol). Not sure about Poland regulations, in Ukrain you are good to go as soon as you are not interfering with anyone. Yup, It's piracy. But as soon as it's done clever and on abandoned freqs it's good to me
