Last night the local community held a vigil for the three murdered young girls and the other victims, some of whom are still very seriously injured and fighting for their lives in hospital.
Large numbers of the EDL (fascists) turned up, from outside the area, to attend the vigil.
When told they were not welcome there, the fascists started rioting, attacking the police and literally tearing up the property of this grieving community so as to obtain bricks and stones to throw at the police.
And that's where we are. A community that's just been ripped apart in the most unimaginable way has now had to suffer the additional anguish of racists and fascists hijacking their grief, fighting in their streets and further adding to their pain.
