I have and I will maintain that I believe in the professionalism of the #ICJ, these are esteemed jurists who understand this is as much a referendum on international law as it is on Israel’s actions in #Gaza. The facts & the law are on South Africa’s side. As SA pointed out, this court has ordered provisional measures recently in the Gambia v. Myanmar case with similar facts and arguably less evidence. A reasonable 3rd party observer should expect they will rule in the same manner.
