Depends on the emi situation, how many cables are run in a bundle and their signaling rates.
For normal home lab stuff you can probably get 10g with 6a on short runs.
Higher quality transmission line is always a good thing though. Lasts longer. I should have got cat7 DB for a far away access point, but again, $$$$.
