Networking nerdsDoes Cat6a work with gigabit? I want 10gig eventually but am fine with gig for the moment. (Can’t imagine it wouldn’t be backwards compatible, but I’ve seen multiple low quality articles imply it isn’t)How high density of a cable bundle do I need before I actually need shielded cabling for 10gig? Shielded Cat6a seems to be nearly double the price.
