I have argued with people much more informed and intelligent than you: you are bringing nothing to the table that I haven't seen before dozens of times, except perhaps mention of the acronym HERD(you probably mean HERDS) reports.
I do have no tolerance of people in the healthcare system who act in ignorance of basic day-1-shit epidemiology.
