There's so much speaking *for* minorities in these conversations, coming from a place of fragility, and I am also tired of responses like 'well in my small town we have LOTS OF ASIAN PEOPLE LIKE MY VIETNAMESE MANICURE LADY WHO SAYS IT IS AMAZING AND DIVERSE, ha!' very little actual hearing from the Vietnamese manicurist. Also, wtf.
