To judge the entirety of ALL men like this because there is a clearly noticeable but small group of assholes is just unfair harassment of all those who are simply normal and try to have a decent interaction with everyone else.

These days, I see even groups of women, demonstratively crossing the street almost every day when they just spot me. Like a leper. I didn't choose to be born a man. And like most men, I personally don't think I deserve this rude treatment.
