Oh ….. at the ripe old age of 50 I took up the practice. First just the actual exercise and then the underlying philosophy. I have my wife to thank for it all.
Game changer doesn’t even begin to describe what #yoga has been for me.
I’m still early on my journey as well.
Have you tried doing the shakti mat? I do that every night for around 30 minutes. Another game changer.
