For sure. Starting the practice of yoga itself a couple of years ago was such a gamechanger in my personal journey, really. I've done some studying of it as well, but consider myself still very much a beginner and amateur (even though I wrote a little philosophically-inclined essay on it not too long after getting into the practice).
But there is so much to learn from all of it :)
