🌲Fæġer Mæġden🌲 (npub1g0u…3vfw) It's hard for me to tell because I live in the present and not in any other point in history, but I think there's always been this element in art of commercial garbage ever since 'artist' became a career. It could be that it's a lot worse today, but I've heard many a complaint from my friends across history about dogshit art.
Anyway yeah that's what I thought you meant and I agree, or at least I mostly agree. Idk lol. Art merely for the sake of entertainment has its value maybe, but I don't really care for it
