"what Govt. would think to themselves we need to change the electoral system"?
One that looks at how rarely it has been in power; that realised that with other parties, it could get more done; that believed in giving people choice rather than authoritarian control; that sees it takes more votes to elect one of its MPs than its main opposition [though I'm not sure that happened yesterday]; that believed that representation was key to equality.
Though it's not going to happen.
