It is POSSIBLE to replace those libraries in otherwise open source apps but it is also possible to avoid using the Google Play APIs in the first place instead of doing that. An app using UnifiedPush (or their own) instead of FCM or their own login system instead of Google OAuth stuff avoids depending on a Google service and has no need for those libraries.
