My guess is they will bring in a crane to pull the wreckage of the bridge out of the water and a dredger to reopen the channel.
Whatever boats still float in the harbor will be pressed into service to ferry people back and forth.
Eventually either a ferry or barge will be brought in to shuttle people and vehicles across or a temporary floating causeway will be brought in.
A new bridge will be 10 years.
