If you have the pressure of 100000 HL crushing the yeast cake, then sure, but 20L isn't gonna rupture much yeast. or if you're letting it sit and age for years you'll want to get it off the yeast, but for a month of lagering you're probably fine not transferring.

The risk of oxidation from the transfer is probably a bigger danger than autolysis at our scales.
