I can see how that happens - I'm definitely biased on this point for a variety of reasons - once again I also think practicing 'performing' is an important part of the puzzle also someone in the band having a little sound tech knowledge can help considerably when communicating with techs trying to get someone sounding the best - some techs also explicitly mix the \"headliners\" louder - so many bullshit hierarchies in music.",
