Yup, they just parrot what the press release focusses on for the most part - but this is a part of the bigger issue of capacity for 'investigation' in most media organisations - they can still investigate, but only on a few focussed topics, and for years, water/sewage was not one of them.... that is until Feargal Sharkey set the ball running...
