The other bit that gets “missed” by the media, to stop short of joining the dots & assigning blame, is TWs claim that underinvestment is due to the regulators focus on keeping bills low over successive years - thus not providing the revenue for investment.
With TW & Media conveniently ignoring dividend payouts!
