I watch this guy's videos on YouTube and he posts "Canadian Real Estate vs. Literal Medieval Castles" type videos and discusses the situation over there. It's insane, but I'm glad the 4 month window worked in your favor. We have a rental property that has doubled as well. But in the U.S. I think by the time we are ready to sell the values will be dropping and we will miss that window. But we will see 🙏🏻
