I've set that up, but can't actually test/use it because my IIgs setup is incomplete, I only have one 5.25 140kB floppy drive so have no way of booting GSOS and mounting a share, or creating an AppleTalk boot disk.
Anyway with Slot1=YourCard, Slot7=AppleTalk and the SE/30 sharing its disk over AppleTalk, the Quicktake still connects 😑
